Individual Premium subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Organisational subscriptions are available by licence and permit redistribution within a subscribing organisation, subject to the agreed recipient limit and provided the organisation maintains a list of nominated recipients. Redistribution without a valid organisational subscription, or circulation beyond the agreed number of recipients, is prohibited.  Breach of these terms may result in termination of subscriptions, revocation of licences, and legal action.
